Test fusiform in outline, circular in section, chambers few, in a rapidly enlarging triserial series, final one occupying up to three-fourths the test length, sutures oblique, flush to slightly depressed; wall calcareous, hyaline, with translucent ring surrounding the aperture just beneath the collar; aperture terminal, radiate, with short, narrow, somewhat curved entosolenian tube.
