Test relatively large, auriculate in outline, chambers low and numerous, widening rapidly as added, sutures radial and curved, coiling appears planispiral but involute on one side, centrally depressed but with closed umbilicus, evolute on the opposite side, periphery angular, subacute; wall calcareous, surface smooth; aperture an interiomarginal slit on the involute side.
