Moschus leucogaster (Himalayan Musk Deer) is a species of Mammal in the family Moschidae. They are listed as endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are found in the indo-malayan realm and the palearctic. They are solitary, crepuscular herbivores. Reproduction is viviparous. They have parental care (female provides care).
