Diagnostic Description

Hind tibiae without apical spurs; basicosta without strong setae; third antennal segment with at most an acute dorsobasal angle; tibiae not inflated; frontal callus present; frontoclypeus and genae not produced; labella at least partly shiny sclerotized; front narrow, over 5 times as high as the basal width; callus small, narrower than the front; third antennal segment with a strong dorsal angle; body dull yellowish, abdomen slightly greenish in life; wings with an unusually long spur at the fork of veins R4 and R5; legs largely blackish; abdomen with a broad yellowish middorsal stripe.
