Probably in heavily forested areas with high rainfall.

Adults appear to be either crepuscular or nocturnal.

Distribucion General: Guatemala; El Salvador; Panama; Colombia.

Feeding habits not known.

Immature stages not known.

Hind tibiae without apical spurs; basicosta without strong setae; third antennal segment with at most an acute dorsobasal angle; subcallus and first antennal segment greatly inflated and shiny; third antennal segment long and slender, with an obtuse dorsal angle; wings mostly black, extreme apex hyaline; vein R4 bent strongly forward; dorsal surface of the body black; abdomen and thorax ventrally, all femora basally, as well as the front, frontoclypeus and apical palpomere orange; all tarsi wholly dark.
