Nitrospirae ( Czech )

Nitrospirae je malý kmen gramnegativních bakterií, který zahrnuje pouze jedinou čeleď a v rámci ní několik rodů. Typovým rodem je Nitrospira, chemolitoautotrofní bakterie, která oxiduje dusitany (proces nitratace). Tato bakterie byla izolována z sladkých i slaných vod a půdy. Prvním objeveným zástupcem tohoto kmene byl v roce 1995 Nitrospira moscoviensis, izolovaný ze zkorodované železné trubky.[1]

Nitrospirota is a phylum of bacteria. It includes multiple genera, such as Nitrospira, the largest. The first member of this phylum, Nitrospira marina, was discovered in 1985.[2] The second member, Nitrospira moscoviensis, was discovered in 1995.[3][4]

Nitrospirota contains nitrifying taxa which oxidize nitrite to nitrate (nitrite-oxidizing bacteria, NOB[5]) and commamox bacteria Nitrospira inopinata discovered in 2015[6][7] and cultivated in 2017.[8]

Para o xénero ver Nitrospira (xénero).

As nitrospiras ou Nitrospirae (ás veces Nitrospira, como a clase) é un filo de bacterias, que contén só unha clase (Nitrospira), cun só orde (Nitrospirales) e unha soa familia (Nitrospiraceae). Inclúe varios xéneros, o máis importante Nitrospira. O primeiro membro do filo, descuberto en 1985, foi Nitrospira marina.[1] O segundo membro foi Thermodesulfovibrio yellowstonii, descuberto en 1994.[2] O terceiro membro foi Nitrospira moscoviensis, descuberto en 1995 nun tubo oxidado en Moscova.[3][4]

O xénero Nitrospira ten un metabolismo autótrofo nitrificante, e oxida nitritos a nitratos, pero carece das membranas internas típicas doutras bacterias nitrificantes. O xénero Leptospirilum é un quimiolitótrofo que oxida ferro e abunda nas minas de ferro e carbón. O xénero Thermodesulfovibrio é termófilo, vive en fontes termais e reduce sulfato.[5]

Para o xénero ver Nitrospira (xénero).

As nitrospiras ou Nitrospirae (ás veces Nitrospira, como a clase) é un filo de bacterias, que contén só unha clase (Nitrospira), cun só orde (Nitrospirales) e unha soa familia (Nitrospiraceae). Inclúe varios xéneros, o máis importante Nitrospira. O primeiro membro do filo, descuberto en 1985, foi Nitrospira marina. O segundo membro foi Thermodesulfovibrio yellowstonii, descuberto en 1994. O terceiro membro foi Nitrospira moscoviensis, descuberto en 1995 nun tubo oxidado en Moscova.

O xénero Nitrospira ten un metabolismo autótrofo nitrificante, e oxida nitritos a nitratos, pero carece das membranas internas típicas doutras bacterias nitrificantes. O xénero Leptospirilum é un quimiolitótrofo que oxida ferro e abunda nas minas de ferro e carbón. O xénero Thermodesulfovibrio é termófilo, vive en fontes termais e reduce sulfato.

Nitrospira (algumas vezes também chamado de Nitrospirae) é um filo de bactérias gram-negativas que contém uma única classe, ordem e família, respectivamente denominadas de Nitrospira, Nitrospirales e Nitrospiraceae.[1] O primeiro membro desse filo foi descoberto em 1995 numa tubulação de ferro corroída do sistema de aquecimento em Moscou. A bactéria foi chamada de Nitrospira moscoviensis e é um organismo oxidobolones do nitropenial com uma morfologia heliocoidal de tamanho 0,9-2,2 μm x 0,2-0,4 μm.[2]
