Stigmochelys pardalis (Leopard Tortoise) is a species of turtles in the family tortoises. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Ethiopia. They are diurnal herbivores. They have sexual reproduction.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
