Haliaeetus leucogaster (White Bellied Sea Eagle) is a species of birds in the family Accipitridae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands) and Asia. They are diurnal carnivores. They have parental care (paternal care, female provides care, and pair provides care). They rely on gliding and flight to move around.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
