Test attached, chambers subrectangular to rounded, irregular in form, flattened, uniserial, sutures straight to slightly curved, depressed, peripheral margin lobulate; wall calcareous, thin, hyaline, distinctly perforate; aperture terminal, rounded, slightly produced, bordered by a narrow lip. Holocene; E. Pacific: off Colombia and Peru, at 40 m to 60 m. (Loeblich & Tappan, 1987, Foraminiferal Genera and Their Classification)
