Test minute, up to 0.09 mm in length, uniserial, rectilinear to slightly arcuate, chambers hemispherical in shape, increasing regularly in size as added, successive chambers protruding laterally beyond those preceding, resulting in a serrate margin; wall agglutinated, of quartz and mica fragments, insoluble in acid; aperture small, terminal and central, without a neck.
