Nitzschia sigma

Nitzschia sigma is a species of diatoms in the family Bacillariaceae. They are native to Pernambuco, Rio Grande Do Sul, Rio Grande Do Norte, SãO Paulo, Santa Catarina, Pará, and Bahia. Dead Nitzschia sigma form siliceous oozes.
