Promenesta haplodoxa is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1925. It is found in Brazil (Amazonas).[1]
The wingspan is about 12 mm. The forewings are light brownish ochreous and the hindwings are rather dark grey.[2]

Promenesta haplodoxa is een vlinder uit de familie van de sikkelmotten (Oecophoridae).[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1925 door Meyrick.
