Jania pumila is a species of red algae in the family Corallinaceae. They are native to Bahia, Alagoas, Piauí, Ceará, Sergipe, ParaíBa, Espirito Santo, Pernambuco, Maranhao, and Rio Grande Do Norte. Dead Jania pumila form shallow marine sediments.
