Caulerpa lanuginosa is a species of chlorophytes in the family Caulerpaceae. They are native to Rio Grande Do Norte, Rio De Janeiro, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Bahia, ParaíBa, Espirito Santo, and Sergipe.
