TYPES.—Holotype, allotype, and morphotype, USNM 147725, 147726, 147727; paratypes, USNM.
TYPE LOCALITY.—Small stream 15 miles (24 km) west of Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
RANGE.—Known only from the type locality.
HABITAT.—Stream.
