TYPE LOCALITY.—Spring Creek, 5.1 miles (8.2 km) east of Hineston on State Route 85, Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
RANGE.—Jackson and Rapides parishes south to Vermilion Parish, Louisiana.
HABITAT.—Streams.
