Picea sitchensis (Sitka Spruce) is a species of tree in the family pines. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Alaska, Canada, northern hemisphere, North America, Western North America, and United States. They have simple, spine-shaped leaves, yellow flowers, and cones. Individuals can grow to 200 feet.
