Erythronium americanum (Dogtooth Violet) is a species of perennial herb in the family Liliaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Red-necked False Blister Beetle, Trident Miner Bee, Black-and-yellow Nomad Bee, and Hippotes Miner Bee.
