Helichrysum stoechas (Yellow Amaranth) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Osmia melanogaster, Centrocoris spiniger, Satyrium spini, and Lepidargyrus ancorifer. Individuals can grow to 0.6 m.
