Galactites tomentosa (Boar Thistle) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to mediterranean basin. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by meadow brown, Oedemera nobilis, Honey bee, and Mordellistena pumila. Individuals can grow to 0.42 m.
