Centaurea stoebe (Spotted Knapweed) is a species of biennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by Confusing Bumblebee, Black Swallowtail, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and (page not found). Individuals can grow to 0.66 m.
