Erose Mussaenda is a climbing shrub with golden yellow flowers. The "snow flakes" are metamorphosed leaves. The golden yellow corolla is an attractive pentagram. The apical cymous inflorescence is also very pretty. Vine and root of this plant can be used to treat diseases like Cold, Bronchitis, Enteritis, Pharyngitis, Tonsilltitis, Nephritis, metrorrhagia etc.. Please note that the 'White leaves' of this plant is in fact lobed sepals that rest just beneath the golden flowers. The golden flowers though small yet very eye-catching and graceful under the sun. This plant is easily mix-up with Erose Mussaenda (Mussaenda erosa) where as Splash-of-white has soft hair at the back of its leaves. Vine and root of this plant can be used to treat diseases like Cold, Bronchitis, Enteritis, Pharyngitis, Tonsilltitis, Nephritis, metrorrhagia etc..
