Jaculus jaculus (Lesser Egyptian Jerboa) is a species of rodents in the family Dipodidae. They are native to the Palearctic. They are solitary, nocturnal herbivores. Individuals are known to live for 72 months and can grow to 102.18 mm. Reproduction is viviparous. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on saltation to move around.
