TYPES.—Holotype, allotype, and morphotype, INHS (male I, female, male II); paratypes, INHS, USNM.
TYPE LOCALITY.—Little Wabash River at secondary road 719, 3.75 miles (6 km) NNW of Louisville (Sec. 33SW, T. 5N, R. 6E), Clay County, Illinois.
RANGE.—Little Wabash River system in southeastern Illinois.
HABITAT.—Streams, principally riffle areas.
