Hibiscus (Rosemallow) is a genus of tree in the family mallows. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Hawaii, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, and U.S. Virgin Islands. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Honey bee, Ptilothrix bombiformis, Eulaema polychroma, and Black and Gold Bumble bee. Individuals can grow to 4.7 m.
