Leucaena leucocephala (White Leadtree) is a species of tree in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Hawaiian Islands, Mexico, and Belize. They have compound, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Honey bee, Mauritius ornate day gecko, Vanessa cardui, and Urania boisduvalii. Individuals can grow to 20 feet.
