Montipora informis Bernard 1897

Montipora informis is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Montipora informis form shallow marine sediments. Montipora informis form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They have parental care (symbiont inheritance).

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
