Montipora niugini Veron 2000

Montipora niugini (Pore Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Pore Coral form shallow marine sediments. Pore Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
