Cryptoplacoidea is a superfamily of molluscs. There are 220 species of Cryptoplacoidea, in 19 genera and 5 families. It includes groups like Choriplacidae, Cryptoplacidae, and Makarenkoplacidae. Dead Cryptoplacoidea form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
