Macroschisma africanum is a species of snails in the family keyhole limpets. They are native to Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, Kenyan Exclusive Economic Zone, Madagascan Exclusive Economic Zone, and Natal. Individuals can grow to 20.7 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
