Zonotrichia capensis (Rufous Collared Sparrow) is a species of birds in the family American Sparrows. They are native to The Neotropics. They visit flowers of Vaccinium euryanthum, Chilean firebush, and Trevoa quinquenervia. They are omnivores. They have parental care (paternal care and female provides care). They rely on flight to move around.
