Fissurella mutabilis (Cape Keyhole Limpet) is a species of snails in the family keyhole limpets. They are native to Namibia, Madagascan Exclusive Economic Zone, and South African Exclusive Economic Zone. Individuals can grow to 12 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
