Inia geoffrensis (Boto) is a species of Mammal in the family Iniidae. They are listed as endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Neotropics. They are solitary, diurnal carnivores. Individuals are known to live for 360 months and can grow to 2113.09 mm. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on lift powered swimming to move around.
