Acrochordus javanicus (Elephant Trunk Snake) is a species of snakes in the family file snakes. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands) and Asia. They are nocturnal. Individuals can grow to 104 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
