Gadus morhua (Atlantic Cod) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family cods. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN and as endangered by COSEWIC. They are native to Atlantic Ocean. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 200 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming to move around.
