Berberis aquifolium (Hollyleaved Barberry) is a species of shrub in the family Berberidaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and Western North America. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and berry. Flowers are visited by Honey bee, Osmia cornuta, Carpenter bee, and Marmalade hoverfly. Individuals can grow to 8 feet.
