Baccharis sarothroides (Desertbroom) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Western North America, North America, and The Neotropics. They have yellow flowers and achenes. Flowers are visited by Augochlorella pomoniella, Ageniella coronata, Queen, and Hemipenthes lepidota. Individuals can grow to 12 feet.
