Place Negre Anole

Distribution: Hispaniola (Haiti: Tiburon) Anolis dolichocephalus dolichocephalus: tip of Tiburon Peninsula, on Monts Cartaches and northern slopes of Massif de la Hotte, as well as adjacent northern and western areas. Anolis dolichocephalus portusalus (HOLOTYPE MCZ 132377): Presqu'île de Port-Salut. Anolis dolichocephalus sarmenticola (HOLOTYPE MCZ 132376): southern lower slopes of Massif de la Hotte.
Type locality: Place Nègre, near Jérémie, Département de la Grand'Anse, Haiti.

Anolis dolichocephalus, the La Hotte long-snouted anole or Place Negre anole, is a species of lizard in the family Dactyloidae. The species is found in Haiti.
