In Panama this species has been collected in the eastern Pacific from Tortola Island (USNM 1021518, depth 5 m), from between Tortola and Tortolita Islands (Centroid Latitude: 8.8639, Centroid Longitude: -79.5619, depth 6 m), Panama Bay; from South of Rey Island (USNM 34212; Centroid Latitude: 8.0833, Centroid Longitude: -78.8500, depth 60 m) and from Saint Elmo Bay, Rey Island (USNM E 7602, depth 4 to 7 m), Perlas Archipelago, Gulf of Panama, eastern Pacific.
