Persicaria lapathifolia (Dock Leaf Smartweed) is a species of herb in the family Polygonaceae. They are native to South America. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Myzinum maculatum, Bronze Copper, Yellow-legged Mining Bee, and hedge brown.
