Parathelypteris noveboracensis (New York Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Thelypteridaceae. They are native to North America, Canada, United States, The Contiguous United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and Eastern North America. They have brown flowers. Individuals can grow to 1.5 feet. They have alternation of generations.
