Morella cerifera (Wax Myrtle) is a species of shrub in the family Myricaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to United States, The Contiguous United States, North America, Eastern North America, Florida, and Puerto Rico. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Red-banded Hairstreak. Individuals can grow to 8.5 m.
