Perennial prostrate herb. Leaves mostly in apical rosettes. Flowers solitary or few together, sessile or ± so. Calyx lobes 5. Corolla funnel-shaped, 5-lobed. Ovary inferior. Capsule dehiscing by an apical lid. Seeds numerous.
