Kali tragus tragus (Prickly Russian Thistle) is a subspecies of annual herb in the family Amaranthaceae. They are native to Albania, Belarus, Tunisia, Libya, Italy, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Afghanistan, Algeria, Montenegro, China, Jordan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Germany, Finland, Lebanon, Western North America, Hungary, Iran, Turkey, India, Iraq, Czech Republic, Yemen, Egypt, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, The Netherlands, Israel, Croatia, Serbia, Pakistan, France, Armenia, Nepal, Belgium, Greece, Syria, Morocco, Poland, Austria, Romania, United Kingdom, Portugal, and Georgia. Flowers are visited by Convergent Lady Beetle and Beet webworm moth. Individuals can grow to 0.33 m. They have sexual reproduction.
