Pseudobombax septenatum (Barrigon Kapoktree) is a species of tree in the family mallows. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to AmazôNia and Acre (Brazil). They have compound, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Phyllostomus discolor. Individuals can grow to 32 m.
