Sphaeralcea coccinea (Scarlet Globemallow) is a species of biennial herb in the family mallows. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, United States, Western North America, The Contiguous United States, and The Americas. They have simple, broad leaves and red flowers. Flowers are visited by Small Carpenter Bees, Sunflower bees, Common Sootywing, and Dainty Sulphur. Individuals can grow to 0.6 m.
