Herissantia crispa (Bladdermallow) is a species of shrub in the family mallows. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Caatinga, Bahia, Sergipe, Puerto Rico, The Neotropics, Cerrado, The Contiguous United States, Alagoas, Pernambuco, and U.S. Virgin Islands. They have simple, broad leaves and loculicidal capsule fruit.
