Tamarix ramosissima (Saltcedar) is a species of shrub in the family Tamaricaceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Moldova, Afghanistan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, China, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, South Korea, Iran, Russia, Iraq, and North Korea.
