Persicaria hydropiper (Water Pepper) is a species of annual herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to South America. They have simple, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by cabbage butterfly, (page not found), small white, and clouded yellow. Individuals can grow to 0.42 m.
