Salvinia biloba (Giant Salvinia) is a species of herb in the family floating ferns. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Rio Grande Do Norte, Rio De Janeiro, Rio Grande Do Sul, Santa Catarina, SãO Paulo, Pará, Paraná, Bahia, Mata Atlântica, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pernambuco, Espirito Santo, and Minas Gerais. They have simple leaves. They have alternation of generations.
